If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn’t quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 14 days of delivery for all items. We will only accept returns if the garments are:
Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer’s expense.
You do not need to notify us of your return. However, we would recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting it back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise that you keep hold of your proof of postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
You can Return your parcel at any Royal Mail Post Office. Please complete the details on your packing note. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a pre-paid returns service at this time.
